stayed at this inn before but this time driving to the lake, and Tropical Garden Inn exceeded expectations. The staff took amazing care of us after a motorcycle accident, showing genuine concern and providing constant support. Their kindness and genuine concern were truly remarkable.

Bathroom had a funny smell.

I recently stayed at an amazing hotel called Tropical Garden Inn for a short vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we loved the little huts outside our rooms where we could relax with our loved ones. The location was also great, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and ATMs. The simple yet delicious breakfast options were an added bonus. it was a fantastic experience!

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Stayed at a guesthouse with a swimming pool and free parking. Convenient city center location. I also had the pleasure of enjoying the natural beauty of Crystal Bay and Atuh Beach nearby.

Had the unique experience of not liking anything at all. Impressive, really.

The place was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and spacious room. the pool was also clean and a good size. They provided water for refilling bottles and complimentary tea and coffee. the staff, especially the receptionist lady Wayan, were helpful and friendly. Despite limited English, the staff were understanding and always went out of their way to assist. the hotel itself is beautiful, with humble but clean and nice rooms. the breakfast provided by a wonderful woman was simple but good. the price of the breakfast was also very nice.

Stayed at a place with a pool, free parking, and a terrace. Wow! Such a central location, I even saw Crystal Bay and Atuh Beach nearby. Amazing!

Water died for 4 days, but luckily Tropical Garden Inn had plenty of water. How kind of them to be different from everywhere else.

The wifi worked great, which is a rare thing on this island. the availability of water was abundant, unlike other places. Plus, the cheap prices were definitely a great deal for the service they provided.

The staff was clueless and unhelpful, especially when it came to arranging transportation. the bathroom smelled absolutely terrible, making it nearly impossible to breathe.

I had a wonderful stay at Tropical Garden Inn. The hotel is beautiful on the outside and the rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast prepared by the woman was delicious and the price was very reasonable. The location of the hotel was convenient, within walking distance from the ferry port in Padang Bai. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
